Sony is known for having exclusive content in big AAA games to perhaps entice users to buy the PlayStation version of the game. Even then, the exact date for its release on other platforms is not specified, so it may take longer for the quest to become available. This date is set exactly one year after the game’s original launch, so it suggests that PC and Xbox players will have to wait till until then before they can play the Hogsmeade quest. This quest looks to be quite substantial and interesting, but fans on other platforms will have to wait for at least a year to get it. The State of Play trailer revealed that it comes with an extra dungeon, access to an in-game Hogsmeade shop, and the Shopkeeper's cosmetic set. The quest is called The Haunted Hogsmeade Shop and it looks like a horror game. This quest was originally announced at Gamescom 2022, and the developer showed it in a new trailer at the latest State of Play presentation. Hogwarts Legacy is scheduled to launch next year on February 10 on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, but it features a quest that is only available to PlayStation customers for a set period. New information reveals that the PlayStation-exclusive quest for Hogwarts Legacy will not come to other platforms for at least a year.
